EVERY SATURDAY, Saturday Cycling
The BIG WEEKLY RIDE FOR EVERYONE, starts from Kiwanis Park, SE of Mill Ave and Baseline Rd. We rotate between more than a dozen routes, and at least two distance options are always offered (~2 5miles, and 35 miles or more). The standard (shortest) route is a NO-DROP ride, with Certified Cycling Instructor Kathy Mills riding sweep. Beginners and newcomers are always welcome! There is an optional breakfast stop near the finish. We meet in the parking lot on S All America Way nearest to Mill Ave. The start times throughout the year are: January 8:30 a.m., February 8:00 a.m., March 7:30 a.m., April 7:00 a.m., May/June/July/August 6:30 a.m., September 7:00 a.m., October 7:30 a.m., November 8:00 a.m., December 8:30 a.m. Contact Ken St. John.

EVERY SATURDAY, Sun Lakes Breakfast Ride
Meet at the big flagpole at Sun Lakes Cottonwood Clubhouse on Robson Blvd. just south of Riggs Road in Sun Lakes for 20-40 mile breakfast rides at a pace of 14 to 16 mph. To confirm the start time or if further information is needed contact Sun Lakes Breakfast Ride or phone 480-883-8420.

EVERY SUNDAY, The Desert Breeze Spin-Cycle
Join this Sunday ride option from Desert Breeze Park located between McClintock and Rural, Chandler Blvd. and Ray along Desert Breeze Blvd (north parking lot). Rides are 40 - 50 miles (with cutoff short route options) and the ride is generally dedicated to pace line riding at about 20-22 MPH. Breakfast near the end of the ride. Come join us! The Sunday Kickoff no-drop group rides at a typical speed of 16-17 mph and our overall average speed is about 15 mph. During the cooler months, on the first Sunday of each month we may deviate from our normal routine. Please check the ride calendar below. All other Sundays are from Panera Bread, NE corner of Ocotillo and Arizona Ave, for a ride of 25 to 30 miles, with breakfast at Panera after the ride, with start times of: January-February 9:00 a.m., March 8:00 a.m., April 7:30 a.m., May 7:00 a.m., June-August 6:30 a.m., September 7:00 a.m., October 7:30 a.m., November 8:00 a.m., December 9:00 a.m. Visitors and non-members are welcome. EVERY WEDNESDAY, Wednesday No-Drop Ride
Each Wednesday morning is an opportunity to join us for a no-drop ride in the Southeast valley (Tempe, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Gilbert). The ride distance and pace is set according to who comes for the ride. Usually not less than 20 or more than 40 miles distance. About 12 mph with beginners to short runs of 20 mph with wild animals pedaling. We usually ride from Desert Breeze Park in Chandler and have breakfast/brunch after the ride. February 24 (Sat) Saturday Cycling: Foothills Training Ride - View Map
Start at 8:00 a.m. from Kiwanis Park. Ride with us on a loop through the Ahwatukee Foothills with options of 25 miles with a couple of gentle climbs, or 38 miles that will take you up 5 bigger hills. If you follow the spaghetti-bowl long-route map, you will have gone up and down all 5 approaches with no repeats and no U-turns. Breakfast at AZ Bread Co. on the SE corner of Kyrene and Elliot. Meet at 8:00 a.m. in the north parking lot at Desert Breeze Park in Chandler (located between McClintock and Rural, Chandler Blvd. and Ray along Desert Breeze Blvd). Around the Mountain (50 miles) - Einsteins at Rural and Guadalupe for Breakfast. February 25 (Sun) Silent Sunday at South Mountain Park
The Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department sponsors Silent Sunday on the fourth Sunday of each month. On Silent Sundays starting at 5 a.m. the park's roadways past the Central Avenue gate will be reserved for non-motorized use. Come on out and enjoy a car free bicycle ride in the park. March 3 (Sat) 1st Quarterly Membership Breakfast Meeting
PMBC's 1st Quarterly Membership Breakfast Meeting of 2018 is scheduled for Saturday, March 3, 2018. It will be held at The Hungry Monk in Chandler. Meeting sign-in will begin at 9:00 a.m. and the meeting should start about 9:45 a.m. As usual the breakfast is free for PMBC members. You can ride to the meeting with Saturday Cycling or meet the club at The Hungry Monk beginning at 9:00 a.m. See Notices for more details.

March 3 (Sat) Saturday Cycling: Chandler-Pecos East - View Map
Start at 7:30 a.m. from Kiwanis Park. We're returning to the Hungry Monk for our Quarterly Membership Meeting, and a small change to this route will get us there. Breakfast is free for members; two free breakfasts are included in a family membership. Sign-in begins at 9:00 and the meeting starts at 9:45. The extra-long route sails east on Chandler Blvd all the way from Rural to Power, returning by way of Pecos. Distance options are 28, 34 and 42 miles; the shorter routes simply head over to Pecos a little earlier. Breakfast is at The Hungry Monk on the north side of Chandler Blvd, just east of Dobson. Meet in the parking lot on the west side of S All America Way, south of the lake and north of the Sister City Garden. Contact: Ken St. John.

March 17 (Sat) 2018 Mining Country Challenge
Saddle up, Pard'ner, it's time to hit the trail! And some trail it is! We're not talking about some easy little jaunt into the desert on some mule with no name (apologies to America) with a pick and shovel slung over your shoulder, no, Sir-ee! However, when you see what you'll be climbing, you may want to reconsider that mule! Or maybe get a mountain goat! Climb, climb, then climb some more. That's the Mining Country Challenge. With the Spring sun beckoning you to Bisbee and the wind at your back, travel East on Hwy 82, feast your eye's on the rolling grassland country with the lofty Hauchuca Mountains at the horizon. Join GABA Tucson for a weekend of camaraderie, fitness, and fun in Bisbee. Pedal along rolling hill's and enjoy scenic vistas as you make your way to the quaint old mining town of Bisbee, now an art's colony, nestled in Southeast Arizona's Mule Mountain. April 21-22 (Sat-Sun) Cave Creek Overnight Ride
Join GABA Tucson on their Cave Creek Overnight Ride. Nestled in the Chiricahua Mountains of Southeastern Arizona, is Cave Creek Canyon, a hidden gem, with spectacular cliffs, flowing streams and abundant wildlife.
