10th Annual PMBC Free Ride - Saturday, December 6, 2014
Phoenix Metro Bicycle Club says thanks to their members for another great year of cycling and welcomes all riders to join us in an adventure celebrating cycling. Three ride options will be offered: 25 miles, 40 miles, and 60 miles. All rides will start (and end) at Pioneer Park in Mesa and head to the northeast, with plenty of hill climbing for those opting to ride the 40 or 60 mile routes. Food and drinks will be provided along the way and a catered lunch will be at the end of the ride. But best of all this ride is FREE! See Major Events for more ride and registration information.
2015 Casa Grande Century - Sunday, January 11, 2015
Please join PMBC for the first century and metric century of 2015. The terrain is flat, the roads have low traffic, and if history repeats itself, the weather will be sunny with a high of 70 degrees. What more could you want? There are three route options to choose from all beginning in Chandler. A Full Century (101 miles), a Metric Century (60 miles) and 33 miles. The 33 mile route is out-and-back and flat. The 60 mile route is out-and-back, with a slight hill. The 101 mile route is a loop and mainly flat. The century and metric century riders will be treated to lunch at Dave White Regional Park in Casa Grande. See Major Events for more ride and registration information.
